  • Returns are accepted only for unused, unwashed, and undamaged products

  • Items must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery


2. Return Value & Refund Method

  • No cash or bank refunds will be issued

  • Once the return is approved and received, the return amount will be provided as store vouchers

  • These vouchers can be used for future purchases at:

    • zenithwear.in (online store)

Store vouchers are non-transferable and must be used within the validity period mentioned on the voucher.


3. Return Shipping Process

  • If return pickup is available for your location, our team will arrange it

  • If return pickup is not serviceable in your area, we kindly request customers to self-ship the product to our return address

  • Self-shipping charges, if any, will be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated
